Shipping and orders

We sell to US delivery addresses at launch. Products are printed to order by Printful. Each checkout purchases one item. We cover applicable sales tax within our listed product prices, so no extra sales tax is added at checkout. Shipping is $4.95 per tee, $6.69 per mug, $8.79 per hoodie and $5.19 per decal; those shipping charges also include any applicable tax. The complete total is shown before payment.

Allow approximately 1–3 weeks for production and standard delivery. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Items may ship separately when ordered in separate checkouts. Contact [email protected] with order questions or delivery problems. If we learn that an order cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with the revised timing and cancellation/refund options.

Check your shipping address and shirt size before paying. Digital mockups show the design and placement; actual printed colors and placement can vary slightly. The mug is a white 12 oz latte mug with the design on both sides; the navy tee has a front print.

Refunds, replacements and cancellations

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We review the order details and evidence, including the fulfillment provider's assessment where appropriate, before authorizing a replacement or refund for a confirmed problem. We prefer to replace affected items; refunds are provided where appropriate. Claims and refunds are not automatically approved. For an order lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date; we will check tracking and investigate the delivery issue.

Products are made to order. We do not offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind, a size selected incorrectly, or a color selected incorrectly. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law. Please do not send items back without return instructions.

Contact us immediately to request cancellation. We can cancel and refund if production has not started; after production begins, cancellation may no longer be possible. If you supplied an incorrect delivery address, reshipping charges may apply. Approved customer refunds are issued to the original payment method; bank processing times vary.

HURVA LURVA LLC handles your customer support and any authorized customer refund through Stripe. Our fulfillment provider reviews production and delivery claims. A Printful reimbursement to our fulfillment account does not automatically refund you.

Privacy

HURVA LURVA LLC operates Super MAGA Tard and supermagatard.com. We use your order/contact details, shipping address and support correspondence to process purchases, arrange fulfillment, answer questions and maintain required business records.

Stripe processes card payments on its hosted checkout. We do not receive or store your full card number. Printful receives the information needed to produce and deliver orders. Cloudflare hosts this website and its backend. Messages sent to our support addresses are forwarded to our monitored Gmail inbox. These providers process information under their own privacy terms. Fonts may be served by Google Fonts, which receives normal connection information when your browser requests them.

We do not sell your personal information or add you to a marketing mailing list merely because you buy something. We retain records as needed for orders, support, fraud prevention, accounting and legal requirements. Contact [email protected] for privacy questions or to request access, correction or deletion, subject to records we must retain.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page visits, referring sites and website performance. It uses a browser measurement script and does not use analytics cookies or track visitors across unrelated websites. Cloudflare also processes normal connection information to deliver and protect this site.
